Return To Sender (RTS) Process

"Return to Sender" (RTS) is when undeliverable packages are processed to be sent back to the indicated return address. Below are the steps we will take to help you resolve a RTS.

1. We receive a RTS at our warehouse.

2. The Returns team will issue an RMA to return the items to stock. RTS RMA generation fee is $1.00 per RMA in addition to your return processing fee.

   • RMAs generated by the Ship Essential team can be filtered by label type "Return to Sender."

3. For reships, please create a new replacement order.
